Dear Mitch,
I dont know how to begin to thank you for all you’ve done for our company. I was dreading the rebuilding of my website, but you made it painless, and the results are amazing.
First of all, we really appreciate your keen eye and intuition. You captured the feel of our old site, and updated it to look fresh and easy to navigate. I am amazed at how well you’ve managed to give us exactly what we wanted with very little instruction or feedback… like I said…your intuition and feel for the customer is amazing.
We’ve had numerous compliments already from our customers, and we are thrilled that we are Googling in on page one! From being virtually on the bottom of the list, we have skyrocketted to the top and we are seeing the results already. I’m a little bit afraid of what might happen during our busy season this fall—but that’s the kind of problem we want: too much business!
Thanks, Mitch, for making it all work so well and for making it so easy. I’m looking forward to the next step in the process when you teach me how to manage the site mysef. But don’t think you’re getting rid of us! I still have my teacher website to do, and we want you to keep us looking good and on the top of the search engine lists.
